Always on time and very helpful with the luggage. Cars are very new and elegant and you travel in style, this is why we continue to use their service. Drivers have always been dressed in suits and are first class themselves.

We used Seattle Royal Town Car for a point to point service to and from a corporate party - excellent service! Great communication, timely service, they even let us connect our phone to Bluetooth so we could play music throughout the Mercedes sprinter which made it more like a party van! We would definitely use them again.

I've used Seattle Royal a couple times and have some trips coming up and will use them again. Guri is my favorite and he has a great personality, very professionally dressed, kind and a great driver & business owner. I feel they are very communicative and have outstanding service. Most importantly I feel safe when I'm riding in their vehicles. I deal with anxiety on the road sometimes, and to be in a car with someone who drives safely is worth the money in itself. I've already told everybody at work about them and I'm looking forward to sharing their information with clients of mine that are in town traveling. I think it's important to show support for a company that's great,  by sharing positive experiences via word of mouth. My mother actually discovered them when visiting me over the summer. She was raving about Guri. So when we flew to Portland a few months later we made sure to book with them. We travel frequently, so I'm looking forward to our next trip next month! 100% recommend. We used the royal town car to shuttle my husband and I between the hospital and our home for a surgery he had. Our experience was exceptional, we couldn't be more satisfied and we will recommend this service to anyone in a heartbeat. It has been a crazy time with the pandemic going on, and the protest inside the city and around the hospital. But Carmen and the chauffer (David I think) were extremely helpful and flexible. The car always arrived at least 5 min before the reservation, they worked around our time since we didn't have much control over the discharge time from the hospital, they made sure to communicate clearly when there were emergency situations, like the protest and riot in downtown making the trip not as safe and thus need to be rescheduled. Carmen is excellent in communication and I'm beyond grateful for everything she did so that my husband and I could focus on his surgery and not need to worry about the transportation during a pandemic plus a national emergency.
