Contact & Booking Information
- Name, phone number, email address
- Pickup/drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight or event details, passenger count
Payment Information
- Credit/debit card details, processed securely through PCI-compliant, trusted third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers
Location Information (Mobile App)
The SRTC Limo mobile app may access your device's location, with your consent, to:
- Match you with nearby drivers
- Provide accurate fare calculations
- Improve routing and pickups
- Support passenger and driver safety
Location data is collected only with your consent and, unless you grant background permission, only while the app is in use. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
Technical & Usage Information

- Records of calls, emails, and text messages you exchange with us, including customer support requests

4Text Messaging & Mobile Opt-In
With your consent, SRTC Limo may send text messages (SMS) related to your bookings, such as confirmations, driver-arrival alerts, and schedule changes, and — only if you separately opt in — appointment reminders or promotional offers.
No mobile information obtained in connection with SMS/text messaging consent will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will never be shared with any third party, for any purpose, under any circumstance. It is used solely by SRTC Limo and the SMS platform we use to deliver the messages you requested.

- Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to book or receive service by phone or email
6Mobile App Privacy
If you use the SRTC Limo app (available on the Google Play Store), we, together with our app developer GroundWidgets, may collect:
- Location data, with your permission, generally only while the app is in use
- Usage patterns to improve app performance and reliability
- Stored preferences for faster future bookings
